My PC is a homebuilt Windows 10 box that's going on 5 yrs old. I would appreciate some assistance with my selections as I am replacing CPU, GPU and motherboard.

I am not technically savvy about motherboards, but did a bit of research and selected an Asus Prime Z390 A for an I7 9900K, a GEForce RTX 2070 Super and 32 GB Ram for a PC used 30% streaming and 70% gaming. I don't have a budget so I am asking about the selection of an I7 over the I9 and the need for 32 GB RAM. I have read the I9 9900k is really not needed for gaming, but would its capabilties be useful for streaming..the same question about 32 GB Ram.

I am going to keep my cooler, an H110i ExtremePerf and my corsair 860i that are currently installed in a 760T tower. Hopefully my selections are reasonable for the PC's intended performance. Cost is not an overwhelming issue but I find 800+ for a  RTX 2080 GPU a bit to swallow. Thanks.
