Precision X issues

so i have been having issues with BSOD with a HAl.dll missing file or something,and now i get a issue with precision X. when win10 boot up and I login i get this message for precision X, see image

i tried to re-install and get same message. does anyone know how to fix this?

Only time it gave me issues is when I mess with divers. Or took a card out or swapped them around. 
 

Id start there with a fresh install of the drivers if you already did the program itself.

BlueScreenView will allow you to see the BSOD history, post it here and it should give us clues.

 

On a side note i used to love EVGA precision until EVGA precision X came out, never liked it after that. Moved to MSI AB, never looked back.

EVGA has Precision X1 do firmware updates to its cards so if you own a currant EVGA card it could be a good idea to use it.

 

My FTW3 Ultra 2080 ti has had two. The first one brought the vram temps down.

The new version is best to be used with new cards. I stick to the old stuff for that reason exactly. But I have old cards.
