Record iphone gameplay

So i have an iphone 8 and want to be able to see it on my computer monitor and record/stream the gameplay through obs. I don’t want to use anything like airserver because it is too laggy and there is a noticeable delay. What would I need? I already have a ligtning to hdmi cable. Also I am trying to game off the monitor and put my phone to the side because i have a controller.
