Dead Gpu or the game problem ?

hey guys iam playing alot apex and warzone but i  saw glitch or artifact i do not  know or just game glitch or problem the game flashes in apex  like the video

 

and in warzone while landing i saw somke from building flikering in green !!!!

 

i made 3dmark extreem and ultra  20 loop and every thing good even games like warzone and apex after that artifacts was normal so my gpu is dead ? or is going to die is this flashes are sign keep in mind bfv was fine for 4 hours no problem 

 

my card 1660 super gigabyte  2 fans edition  temperature of gpu 60 c

it is probably the games problem. have you had this problem with any other games apart from apex or warzone?

this had been a problem with Warzone, so i wouldnt worry too much about that

yep i have seen it happen, the textures suddenly turn green and its very disorienting
