I NEED YOUR HELP

SO basically i have a really old PC. 
i have an i3-2100 - 3.10ghz and a GT710 with 6 GB RAM DDR3

I only play fortnite at 1024x768 res and i recently overclocked my gpu with +150 core clock and +100 memory clock with a tutorial on youtube and basically i dont know how to describe the problem - my game like stutters when i do a movement with my mouse it like happens after 2-3 seconds and game stutters.I removed the overclock settings but still the problem is continuing. IS it because bottlenecking and how much should i overclock my gpu?
