amd wraith prism problem

i actually got problem with my cooler (amd wraith prism paired with ryzen 7 3700x)

i want to change the rgb but its not changing the fan the fan is on rgb cycle through all colours and when i tried to change colour (any colour) the lights just flicker one time and keep stay on color cycle i really need help i hate rgb

Is it a prebuilt PC or your own build?

If it's your own build check if you plugged in the RGB cable that came with the cooler.

RGB cable will take one USB header on your motherboard.

i build it my self. i connect is to CPU_LED

its dosent really matter because its only the fan not changing colors the ring and the logo change just fine.

Did you download the software from the Cooler Master site or are you using some other program?

i use the one is from coolermaster and amd

i think its the only one.

I am having the same problem currently and am having no luck. Have you gotten anywhere with it?
