I have chosen the Asus prime x570-pro paired with a 3700x do I need to plug in both the 8 pin cpu and 4 pin cpu cable? I am also getting the Corsair rm750x psu.

nice motherboard! You only need to plug the 8pin, the 4pin is to LN2 extreme overclocking, for normal overcolcking you only need the 8pin. the 4pin is just extra power.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
