When it shuts off, is it just "poof" it shut up, like someone unplugged it, or is it actually going through some sort of process then shutting down, or freezing and shutting down?  

 

If it's just completely shutting off, you may have a power issue.  Either PSU related, or power strip if you're using one.  

 

Other than that, my initial thought is almost always RAM.  I'd clear the CMOS on your Motherboard and start there.
