laptop stuck on bootloop

i have a asus rog laptop which started showing 100% disk usage about a month ago.As I'm not a tech expert i searched the web for solutions.I ended up disabling IDE and now my laptop doesn't boot,it shows no bootable device every time i try to turn it on.

I really need some help
