this is my current build. I just ordered 2x 8GB sticks but I want to make sure my cpu won’t cause bottlecap on any gpu upgrades (gtx 1660 ti) 

are there any free programs to stress test different parts of pc and where to compare the results

Stress test aren't good for other than cooling comparisons. You want to use benchmarks which give numerical score. But as benchmarks are designed to test components individually, you don't see that well where and if you would have bottlenecks. The bottlenecks come when you run normal tasks and see how your hardware performs with those.

 

That said. Benchmarks which test whole system as one are 3DMark, ALLBenchmark, Asus RealBench. Then there are few free game benchmarks, but as these are bit older, you don't get to see easily which component is lacking.
