Usbs Not Working

I was upgrading my pc from integrated graphics to a rtx2070 super and a ryzen 5 2400g to a ryzen 5 3600x and 8gb of ddr4 to 16gb of ddr4 and while doing it i hit below the cpu fan on the motherboard but i dont think that's the problem. After turning it on everything was working well until the usbs and HDMI and vga cables wouldn't work could anyone know of any fixes?

You need to update your BIOS (2nd gen mobo, 3rd gen CPU)

Use your old cpu again and it will work

My old cpu is the ryzen 2400g to the 3600x

@tiny_blanch2 So put your old CPU in, update your BIOS and then put the new CPU in
