COD MW TEXTURES

So lately ive been experiencing alot of problems with cod mw and i had to redownload it only to face another problem. Map textures. They look like theyre on low settings but only map textures not for example my operator model or my weapon but also not all the map textures are like that only some like some floors or walls tents etc. Now this also gives me fps drops which sucks to be honest. i tried scanning and repairing removing my gpu oc reinstalling shaders disabling nvidia overlay setting particle quality to low ive tried everything i can think of and i just cant find a solution. please help me with any suggestion.

GTX 1660 Ti and using almost all set to highest settings

Alright so i kinda found a fix which was playing on low or very low textures higher than low it starts to stutter and all the problems mentioned above now i hate playing on very low cuz am used to playing this game on max settings but there has to be a fix like i guess this shows my files are ok.

Someone I know was having this same issue. Are you running the game on a hard drive? We swapped to an SSD and this solved the texture issue. The problem was that he couldn't load all the textures into VRAM since he didn't have enough memory so reading from the disc was too slow until he upgraded to an SSD.
