Windows Boot Logo on Secondary Monitor

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone had a solution to this: when I'm booting up windows (or waking from hibernation) the boot logo always appears on my secondary monitor, but after that the lock screen appears on my primary monitor. I believe it is a bios issue as I've gone through all my windows settings and when going into my bios the bios always appears on my secondary monitor. I have the Msi b450 Tomohawk MAX. This isn't that big of deal just slightly annoying. Thank you!

It will display based on which monitor is primary according to your graphics card. Your OS settings will have no impact on it. 

 

Switching the cables will likely "fix" it.
