First time PC builder here.

I am building a PC currently and have all of the parts picked out, but I want to make sure I am not needlessly overspending on the graphics card. I want the Radeon Rx 5700 Xt, but I am unsure what the differences between different brands and models of it are. Currently I have chosen the MSI Rx 5700 Xt Gaming X and it is 419.99, but I have seen the XFX AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 RAW II Ultra for only 379.99 and I am not sure what the difference between the two is.

Normally I would say it's not worth spending the extra unless you want added features like RGB, but I know the Navi range has been an absolute mess. The Gaming X is definitely a decent 5700 XT so I would use that as I wasn't able to find any in-depth reviews of the XFX RAW II to verify if it had no temp issues.

From a quick look at the two cards, the XFX has a core clock of 1605 MHz and a boost clock of 1905 MHz. The MSI has a core clock of 1730 MHz and a boost clock of 1980 MHz. So you are basically paying a little more for a factory overclock.
