Help with RGB header

Hi, so I have a StarryFort SF30 case which already comes with an RGB hub and I have a Asus ROG x470-F Gaming Motherboard. I can't get the fans and built in strip on the case to change colors through the Asus Aura software. The fans I am using are the ones that came with my case (SquA RGB fans). I've plugged the hub into the addressable RGB pins, but it does not change colors when I use the software. I noticed that on the cable from the hub there is an additional 3pin female port that says "VGD IN". I don't quite understand where that is supposed to go or if that is my problem. If anyone could help please!!
