Loque Ghost S1 cooling

I am trying to decide my upcoming local ghost s1 build. I plan on using a Ryzen 7 3700x + RTX 2080 Super. I do not know whether the Noctua NH- L12 + Small top hat with 2x slim 120mm Noctua fans would be enough to keep the system under safe temps without hindering the performance or whether a large top hat with a 240 mm I would be at the way to go in order to not hinder the performance of either the CPU or GPU. But their benchmarks use, easier to cool components and I do not know whether the S solution would be adequate.

Yes, it should be fine for keeping temps in check although I'm not sure about the numbers.

A 240mm isn't necessary but would perform better. The 3900x will practically always perform better with better cooling so it's essentially impossible to not hinder it but the gains aren't necessary huge.
