New 144 HZ monitor but shadows look weird in Modern Warfare

Hey guys.

I just bought AOC 24G2U monitor and It works great.

The only thing that kinda bothers me are the shadows in the distance. They look kinda weird and not not smooth especially when Im moving.

 

Even when I put Shadows in the game settigns on NORMAL (not LOW ) it still looks bad.

Is it because the screen tearing or something ? ( not using G-SYNC / FREE SYNC ).
