i have a r7 1700x with an asus priime x370 pro mobo. i use a wd black nvme ssd 256gig as a boot drive and two storage drives 500gb, 2tb thoshiba drives as storage. due to lack of availability i was forced to go with a v1000(1000W) power supply when i built this thing in 2017, but its beena long time since then and my gfx card is radeon rx590. (32gb Corsair 3000MHZ MEM)

The issue im facing is that some times when the pc is idle the machine just hangs up.. i mean not like a blackscreen but just freeze and becomes unresponsive. Iys just been an issue ive just negelected over the time but its becoming very nagging.... is it because i have too light of a load on the supply? or is it because the ssd  bootdrive is unstable or something? i cant seem to pinpoint the issue? Thanks for your time anyways :)
