Hello everyone, I'm just a budget enthusiast from Texas, and I have a bit of a problem I haven't been able to find a solution to. I watch LTT on youtube mostly for entertainment value, occasionally learning new things ;P. This issue has to do with riser card solutions, if it's not your area or don't wanna say "hi" you can stop reading now to save yourself some time.

My problem is simple, but allow me some length to explain.
Let's start with my setup, just the important bits that matter to the problem;
My case is a Thermaltake Core V21
My motherboard is a ASUS PRIME B450m-A/CSM
And graphics card is XFX THICC III Ultra (Radeon 5700 XT)

The problem;
The THICC III puts all of my other PCIe ports out of commission and uses the back 3 middle PCIe slots on my Thermaltake case (boy does it look sexy though). It wouldn't really be a big issue, cept for the fact I 100% need to reclaim at least one of those ports without blocking 1/3 fans (if I did that I might as well have bought the Thicc II)

So, my dilimea is simple if you havn't figured it yet,I have available PCIe space above the graphics card, but no slot there on the MoBo. Below the graphics card is just enough room for the motherboards feelers. (usb, power, audio front ports, etc) There is no room to reclaim the lowest port with a riser cable without completely blocking one fan. (Increase in thermals by about 8 degrees, and honestly not acceptable lol)

I can spply some pictures, but for the moment I have stuck  with my trusty old XFX 290.

Why would I feel the compelling NEED to have at least one PCIe port available?
Easy, I have a Soundblaster Audigy 5/RX and I fall into the camp of "all on-board sound is garbage".
Another reason, I paid for a mobo with 2 more PCI-e lanes than what I am using. (reason nuff)
More than that though, I would like some wi-fi or Bluetooth capability without having to have cheap and/or unreliable dongles everywhere.

Ok, so i'm looking for a PCIe riser that could effectively swap my lowest port and move it to the one port available above the graphics card....that would be the easier of the solutions, just have no idea exactly what I would need. I'm not confident about placing any old 90 degree 4x PCIe riser ON TOP OF the motherboard PCB. Doesn't sound like that was the intended use.

Another acceptable solution, a PC case that doesn't look like a glass coffee table, full ATX, and where my MoBo can sit horizontal (cause i'm needy af) sub $120. I just don't wanna hear "buy a new motherboard" unless you got a sub $100 option that solves all of my issues at once. No RGB, keeping it classy....don't even like the ugly orange light on my board or the wraith prism...but I have one RGB header on a cooperate stable model...might as well use it.

Thanks a lot for reading, and I don't do forums, so if I messed up  on something please just lemme know and i'll fix it.
