Best value 1080p/1440p 24" & 27" IPS medium refresh rates?

Hi..

 

I'm feeling desperately need to swap my monitor for a better one.

 

Please tell me the best value for each, 1080p/1440p 24" IPS and 1440p 27" IPS with 60-144 refresh rates, but I think closer to 144 ratings will kick out the value point isn't it? But it needs to be more than 60. Respons time doesn't matter as long as it's acceptable.

 

I'm not that confinced by some of sites which reviewed monitors as they might do some paid reviews.

So please, point me out with those requirements, the budget is there and I'll make it work somehow. Just monitors with best value rating is enough. Even better if you are experiencing one of them yourself to tell me the pros & cons as an end user.
