So i have a pretty janky rig, i5-4460 12Gb ddr3 1600mhz, Intel 4600 iGpu, an Asus H81M-Plus Mobo,

I am looking for a new gpu that can live for a while, i have been looking a lot and i have narrowed my choices into 5 gpus:

RTX 2060

RTX 2060S

RTX 2070

RTX 2070S

RX 5700XT

I have heard some people say 2060 is not ideal, so i might not go for it.

Also, the rx 5700xt has 2 version, either the asus strix, or gibabyte. The gigabyte is cheaper by $26

I am not sure what to go for, the 2070 super might not be a good price for me. Way too much in my country. About $761. So thats not in my plans.

i just want someone to list what gpu i should look at in order, if i don't like it, i will go onto the next one.

E.g: Rtx 2070 then 5700xt (asus or gigabyte), etc

The 2060S gives performance that's pretty close to 2070, and you can flash the bios on the 5700 to the 5700 xt's, which will beileve it or not improve performance by a good bit, just make sure to use an aftermarket gpu with a custom cooler, not the crappy standard blower. In terms of FPS, playing on medium graphics on most triple a's, the 5700/xt and the 2060 super can give decent frames (somewhere in the hundreds). The 2070 super is a great gpu, nearly at the level of the 2080, and if you wait and see a good deal, I recommend snatching one up beacause it's a pretty *serious* gpu. But at 1440p, the 5700xt nor the 2060s will give that great of performance at medium settings (maybe 60 fps or so), while the 2070 could probably still push 100. But I'm not that experienced, and make sure to double-check the answers I give to you with the community if you choose to follow them.

1080p, i will get a 2k monitor soon. Not right now. I currently want fps. Thats it.

I’d go with the 5700xt. I have one and a 1080p monitor. What games do you currently play?
Here are results of what I got at 1080p max settings with a 3600x and a sapphire pulse 5700xt

I can load up fortnite when I get home tonight to check for you. I only play it when my 10 year old son wants to play so it’s not often, I remember the framerate being quite high tho on high settings.
Are those the only options you have for the 5700xt? They are all really close price wise, I would get the strix since it’s a 3 fan and should be quieter then the rest and all of the strix cards I’ve used in the past boost pretty high on their own.

not sure if the 3fan would fit in my case, its 23cm wide, from io shield to drive mount, if it goes behind the drive mount panel, it will fit most likely, not sure if it will fit behind it tho, i bought my pc prebuilt in 2015 and i dont know my case model.

Edit
It will fit, after some examining, it looks like it will fit perfectly into my case.

but i have seen videos talking about how Strix has heating issues

I heard a lot of cards glad issues and I can’t see asus not fixing the issue by now. I’ve always bought strix cards when I buy nvidia. I went sapphire pulse this time and it’s been great

The cpu will bottleneck but you can upgrade that in time. At least this way you’ll be able to play games and enjoy it instead of using the igpu which is horrible
