Hey I just bought a new mobo and I thought it PCI 3rd gen but it doesn't. I have a GTX 770. Will this card work with my mobo? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514 . This is it. Should i build it and see how it runs or just return it now before it leaves the box?

Thank you for the help

yeah its compatible, the pcie 3.0 is just because they expanded the bandwidth, but even now the pcie 2.0 has enough bandwidth for even the latest gpus
