Can you suggest what I have to do to solve because when I use web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome), there will always  be a sign saying "Your connection is not private". I think my desktop's OS (Windows Vista) is too old or there are viruses. Even though after I set the date and time correctly to present, the problem will not go away. I saw other options where they download SSL. Please help me.

Websites are slowly turning off support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 because they are no longer considered secure, meaning they need (at least) TLS 1.2.

Apparently Vista doesn't properly support anything higher than TLS 1.0: https://johnhaller.com/useful-stuff/enable-tls-1.1-and-1.2-on-windows-vista

Time to upgrade past vista. Or go to linux. Though, why are you still using a 13 year old OS?

Be sure to @Pickles von Brine if you want me to see your reply!
