Vengance is DDR3 your board supports only DDRII 533

Unfortunately, the ram slots on your motherboard is only DDR2 and the Corsair's Venegeance ram is DDR3. You will need to upgrade your motherboard in order to use them.

If I upgrade my motherboard, do I need to upgrade my CPU too? I'm using Intel Pentium.

there are some 775 boards with DDR3 support, but i don't trink there is one with ddr3 und AGP support for your graphic card. The question is, how much money can you spend and what is your goal with this update.

 

I mean, why don't you buy ddr2 ram if you want to upgrade your ram?

and what's your graphic card?  8350 have no CPU-GPU and the Asrock 970 extreme 3 has no onboard graphic

Great choices for all the parts, you probably need a graphics card as well if you want to play 3D games.

So, I need to buy a graphic card and power supply too. And I don't think the parts fit in the case. So I need to buy a new case too. It'll be a new computer.
