Really Bad Ping Recently

I play lots of CSGO and Dota and recently my ping has been extremely high and I am constantly rubber banding in these games compared to my friends who live nearby.

Let me know if this helps and what I can do to fix it.

I've tried restarting my modem and router, the usual. Hasn't helped.
