My PC keeps crashing and all the ports would shut off. It happens randomly, but I can sometimes make it happen when I go into a loading screen in GTA. I checked the temps of everything with HWmonitor and everything seems normal, GPU is in low 60's and CPU is low 40's under load. Before it would crash it would make a buzzing sound from the speakers (it would repeat what was just coming from the speakers really fast) and everything would black out. I changed the RAM and it doesn't do that anymore but now I can't force restart it to turn it off, I have to turn it off from the PSU. When I'd restart the PC the same thing would happen in the middle of restarting so I'd have to shut it off manually. The fans would stay spinning tho. A few seconds after it blacks out, the hard drive makes the same sound that it does when I turn it off normally. All the updates are up to date and I cleaned out the dust inside the computer. Is something wrong with my hardware or do I have to reset it?

Sounds like a failing power supply, or short in the system somewhere

But the parts in my computer aren't that power hungry and I have a 430w power supply. I'll get the OCCT testing app to see if it actually is the power supply tho.

You might as well flip a coin, that app (and indeed, any software) that claims to accurately test your PSU, is lying.

Well, it died in the middle of the test, so I'm pretty sure its the PSU. I'll get a new one once the virus settles down.
