2k+ computer and very slow responce

Hello,

 

I noticed some lag on my PC or what ever this is(i dont know how to name it). On the video you can see the fade of my click and when my PC actually opens the folder. Any ideas what is the problem?

 

CPU: i9 9900k

OS: Windows 10 on M2 disk

MOBO: AsRock Z390 Taichi Ultimate

RAM: 16GB CORSAIR Vengeance 3600Mhz

GPU: Asus ROG Strix RTX 2080 super

Monitor: Asus VG248

DISKS: 2x M2 250GB SAMSUNG 970

PSU: 750W Be Quiet 80+ gold

Coller: CORSAIR H115i Platinum

 

All my driver are up to date

your animated desktop probably isn't helping anything tbh.  That said your lag isn't noticeable to me.  Try turning off the background...just set it to a black screen...then give it a whirl.

Its the same if i turn it off....or you ment to turn it off to see better when i click?
