Thermaltake Water 3.0 360 ARGB

Wonder if someone could give me some advice please on the following.

 

Just went out and bought a ThermalTake Water 3.0 Addressable RGB Sync Edition All In One CPU Cooler - 360mm

 

The cooler is going to be installed in the Thermaltake 71TG Case.

 

Would this be better installed at the top of the case as exhaust or on the front as an intake?

 

Using the core i9-9900ks

cosair dominator ram 32GB

MSI 2080 SUPER GAMING X TRIO

When ever I have the option I set them as exhaust as long as I have a couple good fans for intake
