Safe CPU Voltage and Temps?

Ryzen 5 1600

max voltage I had is 1.425v and temp is 65c.

Idk why my voltage is changing itself since I play on stock settings, maybe because I put "High performence mode" on power settings?

Why is my Voltage changing itself ^^ and it is alright? what is the max safe voltage? stock cooler btw

Im sure that the 1600 is just boosting up automatically. But 1.425v is alright for 1st gen ryzen, but thats right up at the limit. As for the 65c, thats completely normal temps. And high performance mode will increase voltage. Turn it off if you think it will be better for your cpu
