Wouldn’t a MacBook Air be good for CS?

I mean yea, but I want to do all my hand writing on that machine and because calculations are quite hard to do in word its a 2 in 1 I‘m after. But I have already spent my money, because I‘ve found a great easter deal on a zenbook flip 15 :)

Hey there,

I've been looking for a 2 in 1 laptop for quite some time now. I am a computer science student and had way too much paper to carry around aside a laptop, so I decided to get a surface pro, problem is: it's quite expensive for the hardware so I had a look at the surface book, because I'm looking for some light gaming on the go, but definitely more than intel uhd 620 graphics...

What I've narrowed down is the surface book for a heck ton of money, the ho spectre x360 or asus zenbook flip 15 UX563FD-EZ043T (1050 max-q, i7-10510U 1080p) all I basically want is a 2 in 1 with slightly better than acceptable pencil support for a reasonable price and I really don't need 4k on 15 inch...

Regards, Mephi

Always found you should do calcs on paper and use a separate program to write them if you need to put them in a doc
