Memory Speed Issue

1333Mhz is stock for DDR3 memory, what do you think you should you be getting? What have you tried? What specific memory do you have and what is it rated for?

These are the kits I have in my PC. the first kit runs at 1600 MHz and the second kit run at 2133 MHz.
