Missing Capacitor? Please help.

Does my graphics card have a missing capacitor? In the corner theres like the circle where a capacitor should be, right? Whenever I plug this into my computer none of my back usb or visual ports work. Any help?

PCB layouts don't have to be filled - need pictures of what you are talking about along with all pertinent information of the GPU.  

 

Im not sure about the back USB ports but if your HDMI/DVI/VGA or whatever ports on the mobo stop outputting that is because you put a dGPU in the system, rather than the iGPU (based out of the CPU) displaying.  Move the cables to the graphics card outputs.

the back USB ports would not be affected by your graphics card, and its probably just some non filled contacts. its probably not a missing capacitor

The GPU is sold as a used Radeon HD8570 on ebay for 14.99 USD.

My usb ports work when it's not in, but when it's in they dont.

Bottom right of picture is a PCB blank where a capacitor could go, but that would need you to then look at the contacts of the metal, see if something was broke off or not (and then verify through another picture of a exact same cards PCB).

 

 

What motherboard?  Though I haven't heard of it before it may be that when adding a dGPU it could be taking from some chipset stuff that communicates with USB.

MIH61R. It's a dell vostro 260 with 8GB of 1600 ddr3, and an Intel core i3-2120

Have you checked to see if BIOS is up to date?

Uhhh no but I did update it to A10 idk if it is the most up to date or not but... I also tried using a dvi cable and it didn't output video so I think it's safe to say the graphics card is dead right?
