Memory issue windows 10

I'm having an issue with my memory right now. Not sure why, but the memory usage randomly spikes to 99% memory usage. I've checked the task manager to see the processes running, and the memory usage should be no where that high. I think it's a memory leak, but my Non-paged tool doesn't spike high (highest I've seen so far is around 300mb) not sure what's wrong
