Twitch streaming error

Hello,

I have a little issue when I stream... I guess I would try on this forum, because I cant find anything on google and i'm not getting anywhere with twitch support or reddit. So when I stream on x264 (software), everything works fine... but when I select AMD (hardware) I get an error on twitch that my download was canceled (error #1000), but when I playback the stream after it works fine... 

 

My computer specs:

 

R5 3400g

16GB RAM

 

maybe because i dont have any graphics card... currently running on vega 11 integrated graphics..

You get error from Twitch side? Do you do this switch on the fly while stream is going on? Or just that it doesn't start on Twitch? Have you tested if another streaming platform works fine (Youtube, Mixer)?

yea on the twitch side... on youtube it works fine...

Can you post your OBS settings? Its timing out the connection at some point.

I was trying to stream with streamlabs... here are the settings

What happens if you take tick off "Enforce streaming service settings"? Also is this for 720p30 or what?

I tried 1080p 60 and 720p 60

Looking at those you probably need to up the bitrate. So in that sense the server is expecting something from your end, but isn't getting it. Has it worked before or just started now? I mean if its just started recently, it might be just another corona-related thing as Twitch is seeing more influx of both streamers and viewers.

I cant seem to stream at 60 fps... everything else works no matter the bitrate

Okay, here is the thing... i can stream 60fps on youtube i cant on twitch... i can stream 60fps on software x264 encoder not on the hardware amd encoder... i can stream fine on 30fps with the amd encoder...
