Windows Automatically Installing Bad Drivers

Windows keeps installing two drivers that break my sound, one of them is an audio driver and the other is an extension driver. I used to be able to use a system restore point and then my sound would come back but then I couldn't install other updates but then windows automatically installed them. Does anyone know a way to disable extension drivers? (I can disable the other easily but it still doesn't fix things)

Vitamanic I have tried this and it does stop the audio driver but not the extension driver which is the main cause of my sound breaking. Thanks for trying to help though.

I have fixed the issue by uninstalling my speakers and installing them again. I can't believe I spent like 1 month trying to fix it then giving up and using restore points.
