System freezing and crashing

I continue to have problems with my system that I cant find a solution to(it keeps getting worse). I will try to describe everything that is happening. 

1. When I right-click on a jpeg the blue loading circle shows up and stays until the whole screen turns white(similar to a program not responding), eventually everything will disappear(all open pages, desktop icons, and the taskbar) and reappear like it's reloading.
2. More recently I have experienced more crashes(not blue screens) the screen turns black and I can't do anything except restart.
3. The most recent problem is the desktop and taskbar will freeze randomly. I can still click on things, but there is no animation. Even the clock freezes.

PC Info:

OS - windows 64 bit

MOBO - MSI 990FXA Gaming

CPU - AMD Fx8350

GPU - MSI R9 380

PSU - EVGA 650BQ

I don't have an OC

I have run scans with Norton, Malwarebytes, and Hitman

Reintall Windows.

It may not be the problem, but will save tons of time in trying to find a solution, what you are describing in first point is explorer.exe crashing, it could be a SSD/HDD issue, it could be RAM or anything else, but whatever it is, Windows is definitely involved and will take too long to try and fix, so reinstall.

I will try to do that

I tried reinstalling windows and ended up with a blue screen that said "there was a problem resetting your PC".

And now my E drive won't show (I think It has failed)
