MSI R9-390 wont fold covid-19 for me

Hey so i took what is normally my cpu rendering server added all the gpus i had laying around in the 2 empty pcie slots and started folding for the ltt team, problem is my 3800x and gtx 1080ti hybrid are cooking and crushing them proteins but my R9-390 is sitting at idle ive tried a couple things and looked for guides but got no results anyone else find a solu tion.

its been running for days now and has done nothing the whole time!

I think it is to do with this
