New PC build recommendations

Assetto Corsa on 3x 1920x1200 monitors for gaming

Video rendering of car racing videos.

 

Current PC is 7 years old and getting slightly slow, I am able to get 50fps on a single monitor playing assetto corsa however I have recently upgraded to multi 16:10 monitors due to working from home due to COVID (UK in lockdown) and gaming more, I want to future proof again so I am not having to upgrade in a couple of years so slightly overspeccing things. 

 

I am looking at the following so far:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3800

Motherboard - Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE

GPU - GeForce RTX 2070 Super

M.2 - SB-ROCKET-NVMe4-1TB

RAM - Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 Vengeance

 

I already have a 850W 80+ PSU so hope I don't need to upgrade this. 

 

Any changes/recommendations to make and why? 

 

I did spot this BUNDLE but unsure if worth it, hoped it would be intresting to hear your opinions

never heard of "90+", fake ratings like that are usually on crappy power supplies. Unless this is a typo, you will probably want a new PSU.
