I need help upgrading

Hey I'm running an old desktop and I'm wanting to upgrade should I buy a new PC or upgrade my current the specs are

 

CPU: intel i7 950 3.06ghz

GPU I think it's an Asus GT 1030 2gb

MOTHERBOARD im not sure what model I haven't checked

RAM 12gb of DDR2-400mhz

and 3.5tb of storage

you can keep your storage, but otherwise, i'd build a new pc, not much you can re-use

I thought the same I'm in like a build-lock if I were to upgrade one thing I have to upgrade everything else.

Well yea if you wanna upgrade something, you'll have to upgrade everything, basically the only thing you'll keep is the storage
