I see in your video the graphics card is plugged into the bottom PCI-E X16 slot.

Move it to the top blue slot.

Did you mount the CPU cooler heatsink properly?

It seems to be held on by 4 screws, 1 on each corner.

How did you manage to bend that part of the CPU cooler in ?????

Double check all your power cable connections, going to the motherboard, graphics card, HDD, etc.

Check the CPU fan cable.

Check your SATA cables going to the HDD and motherboard, etc.

Also tried reseating my ram

When you mounted the CPU cooler back on, did you tighten the 4 screws in a 'X' pattern?

2 ~ 3 turns on one screw, 2 ~ 3 turns on the next, etc, until tight.

RAM looks okay from your picture.

How is the graphics card?

Make sure the PCI-E power cables are not loose, or 1/2 coming out, on the graphics card.

Also, why is the graphics card in the bottom slot?

I can SEE in your picture your SATA device (DVD drive?) does not have the SATA power cable connected.

It works only with 2 gb and 4 gb 4gb in 4th slot and 2gb in 2

How is your DVD drive working...if it is NOT getting any power.

The smaller SATA cable is the data cable...it doesn't supply power to it.

If the RAM slot(s) are not working, it could be CPU or motherboard problem.

And if you did not mount the CPU cooler with even pressure, using 'X' pattern, you can damage the CPU or motherboard socket.

Which CAN cause RAM socket problems.

  1. Take the CPU cooler off
  2. Take the CPU out of the socket, inspect CPU for damage
  3. Check CPU socket for damage (e.g. crack, broken/bent pins, etc)
  4. If CPU + motherboard socket is OK, put CPU back into socket
  5. Clean off the thermal paste (again), and apply new thermal paste
  6. Remount CPU cooler -- THIS TIME, use a 'X' pattern so it applies even pressure onto the CPU
