Honestly with a $100 budget for those three items you are isolating yourself to only a few low end options. Not that it is wrong, I personally refuse to buy the branded keyboards, mice, and headsets as I use generic items. In total I have $23 invested in my 3 items, and I game competitively. I have a mechanic keyboard, prefer my cheapo Zalman gaming keyboard I got for $10 shipped. My mouse I waited till it was on sale (also Zalman) as the sensor used is the same one used in high end mice - I paid $5 shipped. For my headset, Syba brand, I paid $8 shipped for a 2.1 headset with detachable mic. Has 58mm drivers and sound is great for the cost. Note - I didn't get these all at once, I buy deep sale items, and in bulk typically so I have a few of each of these items lol.

If I were you I would peruse a couple products of each type on Newegg or Amazon and then ask about those so we can see what price ranges you are interested in for each item.
