A 1660ti, is normally available within your budget, should provide 60fps on 1080p. A 5600xt or 5700 too. Not sure about the prices in your market.

1. what country?

2. what model of PSU?

3. Even if the model of PSU is actually good (strongly doubt that), there's not enough wattage headroom for a good GPU with that power hungry FX 8 core

4. FX 8 core will not let you game at 60fps in Assassin's Creed Origins for sure, likely not COD either since it also eats crappy CPUs for breakfast

another thing that needs replacement then, at that point there wont be much budget left for any GPU significantly better than the 1060 3GB though

At least the 1060 can do 60fps in these games with low enough graphics settings, I'm running my laptop version of 1060 6GB with medium settings 60fps in Assassin's Creed Origins for example, you should be able to do the same despite having less cores in the GPU as desktop cards run higher frequency

Yeah but your CPU might hurt performance.

It's not a good power supply, a new one would be nice.

The formula gold is a great power supply, so you would be well served by it. Guess I didn't notice the pricing of the CV when I put it in.

The formula gold has 4 PCIe connectors, so it's definitely got everything it needs and more, since most 1660 super cards only use 1.

Thanks for the help😉

That appears to be a standard ATX motherboard so yes, a standard ATX power supply would work. When in doubt, use pcpartpicker.com, since it has a built in compatibility filter.

Usually it's a good idea to download and run DDU but you can certainly just install the new drivers and see if it works. Since you're going from an Nvidia card to an Nvidia card, you shouldn't face issues.
