It's dead. Get anything you might need off of it if you still can, and to the trash it goes.

Dang so it went from a 1TB HDD to a 20TB HDD? Or did you mean 20GB?

 

Anyway run windows chkdsk command and see what it says, or crystaldisk mark, but its most likely pretty dead.

 

also if its new you could probably file an RMA and say is was defective when you got it.
