PC freezes

so, sometimes when i m playing games, the computer hard freezes and i need to hard reboot it, i mention that this happens only in heavy titles, i tried to change the gpu, but this happened again. so, i burn test it but it seems that it didn t doing this. this happens only in heavy titles, what would you say is the problem?
