Hi!

About a week ago I got my new graphics card, an ASUS R9 280x - non-top.
It was playing smooth at around 70-100 fps in BF4, until some days later - I am not sure what happended. I had this annoying stuttering, where my FPS would drop tremendously every 1 second.

I was running WIN8 at that time and I tried to update drivers etc. etc. but nothing really seemed to work.
And since I was going to install my legit WIN7 copy, anyway I did that. Now it seems like it has gotten a little better, after updating ALL drivers (pretty sure at least) about 40-65 but definetly NOT over 65, and mostly under 50 - all ultra. And remember - I had 70-100 FPS, with the same GFX driver as now.
Even if I turn it down to low, I will only get about the same FPS, with a little increase.

I find this wierd since I had 70-100 FPS all ultra in the start.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 2x 4GB G-Skill Sniper @800MHz
MB: MSI P67A-C45
PSU: Corsair GX750W Bronze

Allso, I have some small flickering when near walls, where I can see small amounts of gray pixels scattered around my screen - though it is not much.
What could it be? I dont have this issue in other games, as of what I have noticed.

Thank you.
