Hey i have a problem my pc keeps crashing and i don't know why i checked everything and i didn't find anything so im asking you for your help. When im working or gaming my pc just stops working the screen freezes i can move my mouse and my keyboard still works but the screen is just frozen and then couple seconds later the keyboard and mouse stop working and the screen turns off and couple of minutes later the pc starts working again sometimes he just crashes and turns off so i dont know what to do:/

 

pc specs:

cpu: ryzen 71700 eight core

gpu: geforce 1060 6gb

ram: corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 

motherboard: asrock a320m-dgs

 

if you need more information about my pc then just comment that

cek the cpu temp, if idle over 50c and load over 85c, you have a cooling problem.

for the memory test it with memtest86

i have checked the temps of the cpu it seems normal i also tested the memory but everything seems alright but i have noticed something when my pc crashes the graphic cards fan stops spinning so i think it might be a graphics cards problem any suggestions?

1. Make sure drivers are up-to-date if you can before it crashes.

2. Reseat the card.

3. Reinstall drivers.

 

I'm assuming this isn't a new build so this problem is new?

Yea this pc is 2-3 years old and yes this is a new problem..

so i found out ir might be the gpu  problem because when i turned on the pc i heard some ticking sound i checked the gpu fan and it wasnt spinning

Well the 2060 Super is on sale for $360 right now if you can afford to replace it.
