I went to install Ubuntu alongside Windows. Everything went fine, ecxept for one thing.

 

My windows boot loader no longer boots windows. There's a UEFI boot option, and that's what boots the OS. Not only that, but the UEFI wont show up in the BIOS unless all 3 of my drives are connected.

 

I want to avoid having to wipe all the drives and start over from a backup. If you need any further information just let me know.
