i plugged in a 3 pin fan to one of my gpu fan headers but no response is there some software that i would have to dwonload

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070, RAM: T force rgb 16gb 3200Mhz, Mobo: Asrock B450M Pro4, Storage: Adata 128Gb SSD and Seagate Barracuda 1Tb HDD 7.2kRPM, PSU: Corsair 750W 80+ bronze,Case: Corsair 280x, Headphones: Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless, Speakers: Bose Companion Speakers

Firstly i doubt there made to do that but that being said, 

1. Is the header provided enough power?

2. Is the header on the right way?

3. Is your gpu fan set to off while on idle?

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

 

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

i ran a gpu stress test and the fan ramped up seems like ill just need to have a more aggressive fan curve if i want the fan to turn on
