Raid 0 help

So my brother had this computer and passed it to me, he had 2 SSD 128gb feeding into the motherboard in raid 0.  But instead of showing up as 256 gb, it is showing up as 128gb.

Ive checked disc management and there doesnt seem to be any unused space.  I just connected a singular SSD to the motherboard and it is still reading at ~60gb on its own.  I was wondering if there is something to be done to see why it isn't using its full space?
