No video input

Hello, my pc recently crashed and now will not work.

My monitor says no video input, however my pc is turned on, the lights are on and the fan at the back of the case is on.

The cpu and gpu fans are however not spinning, I have tried taking the battery out of the motherboard to reset the CMOS, but still no luck.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
